5 Best Book Recommendation Services

If your summer reading list is starting to get a little short, and your favorite author’s next book wont be out for months, you might be looking for recommendations for great books to read.
If so, Lifehacker has made a neat list the top five book recommendation websites. I can personally recommend Good Reads, but feel free to check them all out and share which ones are your favorites.

I have not tried this yet, but only because I have not had to study for anything in a while. However, with school starting around the country, this may be very useful to some of you.
This is a great article on how your brain works, and how to take advantage of it in order to study more effectively, especially when it comes to studying information gathered from the internet.

Better Creativity Through Exercise

If you have ever felt like you get all your best ideas while going for a run or a swim, it turns out you may be right. According to Newsweek magazine, small bursts of exercise can boost your creativity for hours afterward.
In fact, Newsweek says “Almost every dimension of cognition improves from 30 minutes of aerobic exercise, and creativity is no exception. The type of exercise doesn’t matter, and the boost lasts for at least two hours afterward.”
Of course, this only works if you are in good shape. Otherwise the exhaustion from unaccustomed exercise outweighs the benefits.
